I have 10 years experience of working in adoption, conducting stage 1 and 2 (home study) assessments, delivering training, and supporting adopters through matching and placement. I have supported adopters through early permanence /fostering for adoption placements. I have worked as panel advisor, as well as sitting on panel. I have also conducted non-agency and step-parent adopter assessments.
I also have experience of family finding, and moving children onto adoption. As a family finder I have been used to court work.
