Our Head of Business Performance & Membership Services will be responsible for business-critical operations across BASW, including management of Finance, IT, HR and payroll, Governance and Business Development.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced candidate who can demonstrate: -
- Divisional/directorate performance management experience
- Experience producing business cases / executive papers
- Contract Management experience
- Experience presenting complex information to senior stakeholders
- Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service skills
- Good understand of membership systems and databases
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Working understanding of GDPR and ensuring safeguarding of data in line with GDPR rules
- Good problem-solving skills and able to see more than one way around obstacles
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) / Degree in relevant subject
