Profile: I am a SW, positive psychology practitioner, behaviour change specialist, integrative therapist trainer/consultant with over 30 years of experience in working with people, organisations and communities. I drive real behavioural shifts that are sustainable, adaptable, innovative and appropriate. A curator of people to bring about personal, social and cultural change. Relationships are at the heart of what I do – working collaboratively is essential, I am also happy to take the lead, work autonomously and make high level decisions. My work is trauma informed, person centred and humanistic. I work internationally, can work remotely and provide 1-2-1 or other interventions online.
