As a qualified SW I developed an interest in the needs of LAC, spending 14 years working in a multi-agency team specialising in providing attachment focused therapeutic interventions for children who are LAC & Adopted, their parents, carers & the professional network around them.​ I was able to learn the powerful impact that understanding the attachment histories of our children can have; in understanding & creating an environment of empathy both for them, & also those parenting them.​ Relationship is key.
