Profile: I am a social worker and the director and manager of an adoption support agency which is registered with Care Inspectorate Wales. The adoption support agency provides a search and intermediary service to adopted adults and birth relatives to be reunited. I have experience of working as a social worker within children’s assessment team and regional adoption team. I have managerial experience as I have worked as Senior Social Work Practitioner within IFST. This role involved supervising the Edge of Care Team. I have worked in an organisation which supported victims of domestic violence and agencies within the private sector for adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues.
