As a social worker (25 years) and best interest assessor (BIA 12 years), I am a dynamic worker and leader with exceptional experience in managing staff and delivering high quality social care services. I used to be the Deputy for a large council, overseeing over 1000 deputyship clients with 25 staff. I also led the DoLS service. I have honed my training and people development skills.
