I am an experienced Practice Educator/Academic with 10 years experience within the social care sector. After working in children & families social work, I moved into learning and development and now work as an academic & Independent Practice Educator. As a Course Director/senior lecturer, I oversee the development & delivery of teaching, learning and assessment. I am involved in admissions, student recruitment & supporting tutors. I have worked with NQSWs, which included delivering training, group supervision and supporting the development & improvement of practice standards. I continue to support students on placement, mentoring PE candidates & offer Practice Tutoring services.
