I have over 20 years experience of supporting people through a range of difficulties. With experience in child protection I am skilled in comprehensive assessment, considering all areas of health, well-being and wider contributing factors. As a trained counsellor and cognitive behavioural therapist I deliver integrated therapeutic support enabling individuals to develop new strategies to manage life’s challenges. With experience in specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) and general practice, in addition to Social Work, I can offer a holistic view of difficulties and solutions. I provide an integrated therapeutic approach, tailored to each individual.
