Profile: I am currently working with a number of Local Authorities undertaking the role of Investigating Officer in Stage Two complaint investigations. I also sit on Stage 3 Panels and carry out case reviews. I carry out the role of Independent Reviewing Officer for local authorities and independent fostering agencies and also undertake Form F assessments. I am commissioned by local authorities and Solicitors to undertake assessments to assist with decision making in both private and public law proceedings; these include PAMS assessments, parenting assessments, viability assessments and risk assessments. I undertake assessments related to human rights issues and in relation to special education.
