Profile: I qualified in Social Work in 1997 and worked in residential, hospital and Community Care Teams prior to incorporating the above limited company in 2011. I have also trained numerous social work students, currently operate as Vice Chair of a community group and completed over 250 Best Interest Assessments. My area of expertise is mental health and capacity issues, although I can take a systematic approach to working with families, colleagues, managers and other professionals. I enjoy the challenges of the profession and do not consider change to be an arduous unnecessary part of the role as I enjoy the learning and always seek positive outcomes.
