Profile: I have over 20 years experience in child protection. At every point in my career I have ensured that practice development and and reflection have been a core element in what I do. I believe that the experience of the service recipient is a critical teacher in the field of child protection.
I am an experienced consultant, supporting organisational change, complex case group process, reflective and clinical supervision for individuals and groups. I do not facilitate supervised contacts. I have also extensive experience as an IRO, Conference Chair and LADO
