Profile: I have been practicing as an Independent Social Worker and consultant since May 2015. I regularly undertake assessments and reports for solicitors, private organisations and individuals who require independent reports for the attention of Mental Health Review Tribunals, Parole Boards, the Court of Protection, and professional bodies. I have acted as a consultant for local authorities, CCG's and 3rd sector organisations. I also regularly undertake Independent Mental Capacity Assessments.
