Profile: I undertake specialist risk/court assessments in relation to denial and non-accidental injury. I assess and work systemically with families in relation to risk using safeguarding knowledge and family therapy. When appropriate, I implement a Resolutions programme of work with families and facilitate reunification. I also assess risk in a number of areas such as domestic violence, undertake parenting assessments, and substance misuse. I have twenty years of statutory experience of safeguarding which includes court work. I have worked as a Senior Practitioner and Assistant Team Manager before.
