Learning outcomes
· Understand unintentional bias and its consequences.
· Learn frameworks and concepts for appreciating the impact of unintended bias and racism.
· Learn how to make invisible racism visible.
· Learn the distinction between racial discrimination and racism (as something structural)
· Understand how to implement antiracist practice across a range of independent roles.
· Learn about frameworks for talking about incidents when people have been offended or hurt, and how to do so in a way that leads to more understanding.

Hári is a writer and speaker in his specialist area of social justice, equality, race and culture in mental health. Hári is a Visiting Senior Lecturer at Canterbury Christ Church University. Hari is also a Member of the Scientific Board of the ESRC Centre for Society and Mental Health and Co-opted Member of the Council for the British Association of Social Workers.
