It's time to be the voice of social work and give your opinion on the key factors influencing your working life.

This year, BASW is delving deeper into subjects that are critical to the profession.

The association says: "We want to gain insight into how the cost-of-living is impacting the workforce and people with whom we work. We also want to hear about opportunities and barriers to progressing your practice, as well as your day-to-day experiences with colleagues and people using social work services."

Last year's annual survey heard from over 2,000 social work professionals who influenced how BASW delivered services and represented social workers in public and political life. 

Findings on caseloads and working conditions were highlighted on Channel 4 News and mentioned in Westminster by MPs during a debate on the impact of the pandemic on social work, which BASW helped to secure.

Just 15 minutes of your time will mean that you are part of one of the most important annual surveys conducted by BASW, the results of which shape the work of the organisation on your behalf.
