NIASW Adult Services Survey

Too much paperwork?   Difficulties around responding to crisis?   Erosion of social work status?

NIASW's adult services survey is now completed.  NIASW are organising consultation meetings around Northern Ireland to allow social workers to come along and hear the findings and recommendations.  We want to make change - as practitioners and managers tell us what changes you think would make the biggest difference to your day-to-day practice.

We will be focussing on practitioners ideas of how to change the current system and hope to hear some really innovative and practical approaches to making life better.

As with our earlier work within childrens services we plan to present our findings to the Department, Assembly Health Committtee, Directors of Social Work, media etc.

The events will be credited with 2 hours PRTL and attendees will receive a certificate of attendance.
