SASW statement on Glasgow helicopter tragedy
Statement from the Scottish Association of Social Work (SASW - part of BASW), following the helicopter crash onto The Clutha pub in the city centre on Friday night:
SASW staff were shocked to hear of the tragic incident in Glasgow, where lives were lost and other's lives will have been changed beyond recognition. Social workers in Glasgow will have supported the victims and their loved ones, as well as other people who were involved.
