- Develop a sense of belonging and community
- Focus on professional development of social workers and the profession
- Lead of practice knowledge and practice excellence
- Develop clearer and bolder campaigns to be our voice
Our renewed four-nation commitment will ensure that each nation has equity of staff resources and a national standing committee empowered to develop an annual delivery plan tailored specifically to our member's needs and experiences in their respective nation.
We are confident that through this transformation we will ensure that BASW is an even more agile, visible, professionally recognised and member-focused organisation in Wales, giving you greater value and return from your membership with us.
