A Professional Practice Lead for Northern Ireland (recruitment soon to open!), alongside dedicated staff in our core service areas will drive a full programme of representation, advocacy, campaigning, support, resources, events and other activity designed to protect and advance your social work career.
The new BASW Northern Ireland Nation Delivery Team has been informed and developed thanks to feedback gathered through an extensive sector-wide conversation with members, the wider profession, people with lived experience, and other stakeholders. The Nation Delivery Team is being led by our new Director of Policy and Professional Practice.

As well as the Professional Practice Lead role for NI, BASW is also recruiting new roles for Marketing, Campaigning, Business Performance, and Administration, and once recruited they will support the Nation Delivery Team for Northern Ireland.
