BASW Celebrates Pride Month
Everyone at BASW wishes you a happy, health and safe Pride Month 2023!
Pride Month is celebrated every June to mark the anniversary of the Stonewall Riots, a series of protests that occurred in New York City after police attempted to raid the Stonewall Inn, a popular gay bar, in June 1969.
Around the world, people come together to take part in events that recognise the influence of LGBTQ+ communities and promote inclusiveness and equality.
