BJSW Editor’s Choice vlog: in conversation with Philip Mendes, Jacqueline Wilson and Frank Golding
In this Editor's Choice vlog for Issue 51 (7) of the British Journal of Social Work (BJSW), co-editor Dr Reima Ana Maglajlic speaks to Philip Mendes, Jacqueline Wilson and Frank Golding about their research into the experiences of care leavers in Australia.
Philip, Jacqueline and Frank are co-authors of an article in the latest edition of BJSW, which is an auto-ethnographic collaboration between a social work professional and two care leavers. The research aims to construct a ‘virtual archive’ consisting of several hypothetical records compiled in the style typically employed by caseworkers, which are then critiqued by the care leavers.
