Children & Social Work Bill passes into law

It's been just under a year since the Children & Social Work Bill was announced in the Queen's speech and today the final amended bill received Royal Assent and became law. BASW members won a hard fought campaign to make the voice of the profession heard and be taken into account during the legislative process by the Government.
