Scotland United Against Austerity, George Square, Glasgow: Demonstration Saturday 20 June 2015

The Scottish Trades Union Congress (STUC) is organising a demonstration on the streets of Glasgow to coincide with the People’s Assembly event being held in London on the same day. This major event will underline the widespread distrust of Tory plans to embed and deepen austerity, targeting the most vulnerable.

SASW would like to invite members who are able to support this message to join the peaceful protest and make Saturday 20th June a truly historic event. Further announcements about how people can support and participate in the Glasgow event will be announced by the STUC in due course.
