SWU survey for LBC Radio on the pressures experienced by social workers
The Social Workers Union (SWU) is conducting a survey of social workers in conjunction with LBC Radio to highlight the pressures facing staff in social work and the changes that may be needed to address them.
We would be very grateful if you could answer these questions as truthfully as possible. It should take you no longer than 10 minutes, and it will be completely anonymous.
LBC and SWU would like to use your responses to enable the media to highlight why changes are needed and to reflect the pressures in social work and social care, especially children's social care. We are interested in hearing from all UK social workers on this matter.

This survey is only running for 7 days and will close at 9am on Monday January 17th 2022.
LBC Radio is a news and talk radio station which broadcasts to more than 3 million weekly listeners across the UK. They frequently interview the biggest political figures and are not afraid to ask them tough questions. This is a great opportunity for the pressures on social work and social workers to be represented in the media in a positive light, and LBC will be asking the tough questions about points that SWU members raise in this survey.
