With a new UK Government settling into Downing Street and a new First Minister for Wales, BASW Cymru asks:
Is this the time for a new settlement for social work?
This exciting one-day conference is bringing key people together to consider, what is next for social work?
It will be a relaxed day, where we will invite delegates to listen and contribute; to be challenged and to meet with key people and stakeholders across Wales. It is also a unique opportunity to meet and mix with peers, colleagues and friend from across Wales a further afield over a drink during the refreshment breaks or over the delicious free lunch we will provide.
This is about real change, with tangible actions to shape social work for the future.
BASW Cymru invites you to be part of this change. We invite you to share your experiences, your vision and ideas for the future, and together we will develop a manifesto for change promoting social work as the profession at the heart of communities.
