BASW NI response to the consultation on the Duty of Candour and Being Open policy proposals developed by the Inquiry into Hyponatraemia-Related Deaths Programme Duty of Candour Workstream and Being Open Sub-Group

BASW Northern Ireland response to the policy proposals for a statutory Duty of Candour for Northern Ireland. The proposals have been developed for public consultation by the Duty of Candour Workstream and its Being Open Sub-group, as part of the Hyponatraemia Implementation Programme being taken forward by the Department of Health.
