About
I provide decision-specific assessments under the Mental Capacity Act 2005, including capacity to make a Lasting Power of Attorney (health, welfare, property, finances), decisions about residence or care, testamentary capacity, gifts, contracts, litigation, marriage/civil partnership, sexual relations, disclosure of personal information, and care/support packages. I also undertake COP3 assessments, expert-witness reports, and independent opinions for courts, solicitors, and other professionals.
