BASW England Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector Social Work Forum

Many social workers practicing in the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VSCE) sector do not work alongside other social workers and may not have an opportunity to reflect on their practice with other Social Workers using social work frameworks.

The purpose of this Support Forum is to have a safe, positive, solution focussed and confidential space for social workers employed in the VSCE sector to meet their peers, provide support to each other and to discuss and explore issues that arise.

2026 BASW Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The AGM is an opportunity for us to report back on our work and for members to be involved in decisions about priorities for the future. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

The meeting will take place on Thursday 3rd September 2026, commencing at 4.00pm to finish by 7.00pm.

The AGM will be an online event on MS Teams. The link to join the AGM will be sent to you following registration of attendance, and again nearer the date of the AGM itself.
