Robyn Scate
RDS Social Work
About
I became an Independent Social Worker in 2020 to help empower families in the community to make and sustain changes and to achieve meaningful, positive outcomes when they are experiencing complex challenges in the community. Equality, diversity and inclusion is very important to me as a dual-heritage British professional (British and South Asian) and ensuring that families from different cultural backgrounds and religious identities have equal access to a fair and transparent assessment process, that takes into account the family’s cultural identity needs and provides a clear analysis of what that means for the child
Skills include
Completing parenting, risk, kinship and sibling assessments for the Courts and Local Authorities in public and private law proceedings as well as PLO.
