BASW is pleased to invite exhibitors to Social Work Live - Practice & Careers 2026, the BASW UK Social Work Conference 2026

This vibrant one-day event is BASW's biggest event!  In previous years we have seen around 400 daily visitors and this year we are hoping for nearer 600 visitors

This landmark event is led by the voice of social work for social workers and brings together profession leaders, students, academics and social workers to enjoy a range of keynote speakers, workshops and exhibitors.

  • Venue: The Affinity Suite, The Eastside Rooms – Birmingham’s New Conference Centre

Exhibitors will set up close to the catering area and will have: 

  • Professional Shell Scheme
  • Two lunch passes
  • Listing in the conference programme
  • Your logo, name and link to your website on the BASW website which has over 300,000-page views per month.
  • Event and webpage advertised in a BASW e-Bulletin sent to over 20,000 members each month

Terms and conditions 

  • Sponsorship is available on a first come, first served basis and from the date of receipt of your Booking Form.  
  • Payment in full is required within 30 days of your booking confirmation and before the event date. Please note, once signed and submitted this contract must be paid in full. Thank you. 
  • BASW reserves the right to accept or decline a request to exhibit at BASW events.
