Tell it how it is being a social worker in Wales

BASW Cymru wants to know about the working conditions of social workers in Wales.

The aim is to find out as much as possible about what daily working life is like for practitioners in the country to understand what’s working and what’s not.

Questions to explore include whether you share a desk, or have enough time for reflection. Is supervision more than just case discussion? Are you able to access good quality training? Do you accrue TOIL and if so do you get to use it? Does your employer make you feel valued?
