Additional funding for Frontline programme
Government awards £45m to fast track social work education scheme
The Department for Education today announced that the Frontline organisation has won a further £45m of funding for its fast track children and families social work programme.
The funding announced will be used to educate and train 900 new children’s social workers in 2020 and 2021. The social work charity has trained over 1000 participants since 2013.
