BASW is encouraging members to submit their views to the Independent Review of the Human Rights Act, which closes on 3 March.

The British Institute of Human Rights has put together a portfolio of guidance on how individuals can respond to the Human Rights Act review and is encouraging people to share their experiences of using the Human Rights Act in their life or work with the review. You can find the BIHR resources here.
