BASW’s Amazing Social Workers Campaign Launches for Nominations!
We’re once again shining a spotlight on exceptional social work practice and getting ready to applaud individual and collective achievements in the profession through our Amazing Social Workers (ASW) campaign.
We need you to nominate your colleagues!
By taking part, you’ll not only get the chance to pay tribute to a colleague, but also help us to raise the public profile of the social work profession, recognising its value and importance to our communities.
Inspiring and creative social work practice is taking place everyday. It makes a positive difference to the lives adults, children, families across the UK.
So let’s give a shout out to the amazing social workers making it happen!
Nominate a Colleague
Nominations are open until 23.59 on Monday, 2 December. We’re looking to highlight the work of everyone involved in the social work profession, including:
- Social Workers
- Managers
- Leaders
- Independents
- Teams
- Students
- NQSWs
- Practice Educators
The nomination form is quick and easy to complete. We’re only looking for a maximum of 200 words. Nominate here!
After nominations close, we’ll contact all our nominees to make sure they’re happy for us to share their achievements on our social media channels and website throughout March 2025 as part of our World Social Work Day celebrations.
