HEI adapt BASW Covid chart for students

The Higher Education Institutes (HEI) covering Scottish Universities and Colleges have adapted BASW’s Covid chart to suit its students

They will mail it out to all HEI Social Work providers to students and practice educators. 

“The Higher Education Institution practice learning leads across Scotland have been working with our partners to develop a range of strategies and tools which will support students, practice educators and academic staff,” said Avril McIvor, Director of Practice Learning, University of Edinburgh

“We are delighted that this work has been supported by BASW who have provided some practical charts for use in our endeavours to support students to resume their placements, whilst considering their safety and wellbeing.”
