Measuring Wellbeing in Welsh Social Work: a research report

This important survey led by Professor Neil Thompson, an expert in workforce wellbeing, consolidates and builds on our knowledge of workforce wellbeing in Wales. It adds rich empirical data to support our campaigning in ensuring that the wellbeing of social workers in Wales, which includes parity of esteem, is a priority for the Welsh Government and social work employers. The Professional Support Service, funded by the Welsh Government, is a free service designed specifically to support the wellbeing of all social workers and social work students in Wales and we would encourage all employers and education providers, to support their workforce and student body in accessing this vital service.  You can sign up here
