Poetry for Wellbeing: Workshops – book now!
Book now for the Poetry for Wellbeing Workshops.
In September SASW announced plans for an exciting new project which will promote the use of poetry to enhance wellbeing for social workers.
The project is funded by a grant from the Workforce Wellbeing Fund for Adult Social Work and Social Care, aimed at supporting workers in adult services, and is a partnership between SASW, the Scottish Poetry Library and poetry enthusiasts and social work academics Dr Autumn Roesch-Marsh and Dr Ariane Critchley.
We are delighted to have two Scotland-based poets, John Glenday and Marjorie Lotfi-Gill, confirmed to facilitate the workshops along with Autumn and Ariane.
The workshops are now open for booking.
We would love it if you could attend all 6 workshops but we understand this might not be possible. Please book for any you can attend..
Dates and times for all sessions, which will take place on Zoom, are listed below:
Workshop 1 Monday 7th November 3-5pm
Workshop 2 Monday 28th November 3-5pm
