Scottish Government Ministers delivered statements and answered questions from MSPs on Covid-19, Scotland's railway and an Update on Scotland's testing strategy

The Domestic Abuse (Protection) (Scotland) Bill passed on the 17 March 2021. This bill seeks to improve the protection available for people who are at risk of abuse, particularly where they are living with the perpetrator of the abuse.

United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill passed on 16 March 2021. This bill seeks to incorporate the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) into Scots law.

The Social Security Committee published their report on the social security response to Covid-19.

The Equalities and Human Rights Committee received an update from the Scottish Government on the Human Rights Taskforce recommendations.
