Social Work England to host consultation events

The new regulator has announced dates, and meetings, for a ten-week consultation period

Social Work England are urging social workers to provide input at a series of events, organised as part of a ten-week consultation period to inform the new regulator’s governance.

These events will accompany Social Work England’s upcoming public consultation and will be free and open to all who wish to join. As places are limited BASW England is urging members to sign up.

Social Work England will be holding events on the following dates:

London – 6th March 2019

Plymouth – 13th March 2019

Salford – 20th March 2019

Newcastle – 21st March 2019

Birmingham – 3rd April 2019
