Social workers needed for National Care Service design

The Embedding Human Rights Team in the National Care Service are developing the Charter of Rights and Responsibilities for those accessing care and support.

They are keen to speak to the workforce as well as others and are looking to recruit 3-5 participants from front line social workers and 3-5 participants from middle managers to discuss:

• What information should be in the Charter. 
• How should a Charter be structured 
• How can the Charter be used to help you in performing your roles or duties 

The format will be a 60-90 minute discussion and can be done online. It will take place during early December – dates can be flexible to suit.
