I specialise in mental health stabilisation and recovery, therapeutic hoarding clearance, homelessness prevention, and helping adults to greater independence. My work is practical, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s circumstances and pace. I can offer one-off visits, short-term packages, or longer-term ongoing support depending on what is needed. I am based in West Suffolk and primarily cover this area, with flexibility for suitable longer-term work further afield.
