Within my 8 years of practice, I have worked in frontline safeguarding teams within Local Authority's in both safeguarding and court teams working with families at Child in Need and Child Protection level, as well as those cases entering in to PLO and care proceedings where my assessment work has been commended for it's inclusion of vulnerable parents. I specialise in high quality assessment, which is detailed and timely, ensuring that children's needs and wishes remain central and at the heart of recommendations.
