Roots to Branches Consulting Services offers group, family, parenting, and individual sessions (held virtually). Our adult group sessions compliment talking therapies, or those seeking alternative to talking therapies. Module 1: focuses on developing self-awareness, setting healthy boundaries. Module 2: focuses on continuing goal development, addressing fear of success, re-focusing. living goals. Modules 3 & 4: Communication styles, boundaries and assertiveness. Each Module: £100 (5 sessions of 1.25 hours each weekly) weekday evenings. Bespoke Family/Parenting Sessions £75/ 1.5 hours. Conflict-resolution, attachment and developmental trauma, ADHD, ASC, learning difficulties.
Skills include
Over 20 yrs experience working in mental health & family agencies; adjustment, transitions, improving self-esteem & motivation, addressing barriers to reaching goals, boundaries & assertiveness, family conflict resolution.
