I qualified in 1995 and am experienced at managerial and frontline levels within Children Services. I have undertaken assessments and written reports for Court in regard to child protection concerns & immigration and asylum issues (S55). Whilst acting as an independent social worker, I chaired national government forums concerned with child migration issues as well as represented the UK government at international negotiations and forums. My experience includes working at Director level within private social housing sector. At this time I sat on the Joseph Rowntree Foundation advisory group to government on social housing for refugees.
