A majority of my career has been spent in working in front line Social Care Teams gaining invaluable experience and knowledge in S17,S47, PLO and public and private law Court proceedings. I have extensive experience of completing complex risk assessments in the knowledge that they will be shared within the Court arena, and am confidently able to prepare oral and written evidence. After spending over a decade in operational teams, I moved into a more strategic space and developed a practice model within adult and children's services that focused on trauma informed, and restorative practices, underpinned by reflective and solution focused working.
