I undertake independent assessments in a variety of areas and write reports for the courts relating to children and parents or other family members. I am CUBAS trained and own the rights to the license which allows me to provide independent services and provide vital CUBAS assessments, to which ever local authority I am working for at the time. During my time within child protection I have had the ability and opportunities to author a number of assessments including those at the beginning of the process such as care and support assessment and the latter end of the process such as CUBAS, parenting and together or apart/ sibling attachment assessments.

I am an experienced senior practitioner having worked in child protection for 9 years and most recently, as an Independent Reviewing Officer and Conference Chair. I am now practising as an Independent Social Worker.
