Ratha Lehall
About
I am a qualified clinical supervisor working with helping professionals in the charity and education sectors, local authorities and the NHS. I have experience of working in children's services and mental health services. Clinical supervision is burn-out prevention, and I provide a separate, confidential space for supervisees to develop their skills, increase their insight, and progress professionally. I am experienced with working with people managing health conditions alongside work, and with neurodivergent practitioners. I place anti-racist values at the centre of my practice.
